  • Hierarchical structure allows users to get the complete view of data
  • Pop up pages quickly home in on details of specific information requested
  • Show ordered, cancelled, allocated, picked, shipped information: both units and dollars

Customer request management
  • Control access to ERP data by customers on a selective basis using Admin module. This will let customers come in and look at their POs online.
  • Allows sales and customer service employees to email customers or colleagues, tagging POs of interest. Tagged PO's are attached to the email as links. The recipient has to simply click on the PO link to view its current status.
  • Support "private whiteboard" between customers and company and keep this history for later analysis
  • XML integration with customer's requests. Support XML EDI and non EDI PO requests and send the response back in XML format.

SFA

Order status queries:
  • Allow access to CRM tools based on sales person's territory. This can be defined by Admin at salesperson enrollment time.
  • Support concept of sales person and sales manager hierarchy.
  • Complete drill down of customer POs and product ordered

Collaborative web order entry
  • Web entry of customer orders with full fledged online edits of various order fields. Completed orders pass thru a security check by in-house customer service reps or sales associates.
  • Allow entry of bulk and single store orders. All orders entered flow through the same pipeline used by customer EDI orders as well as ERP order entry systems. Our front-end edits combined with the back-end host controls ensure data integrity.
  • Orders can be put on a "recommended list" and emailed to customers for their approval before releasing to ERP system.
  • Entry of comments by all participants at various levels of the order.

Personal catalog
  • Each salesperson can setup "private catalogs" for various buyers to suit their business needs and interests. Allow easy maintenance of these catalogs.
  • Catalogs can be shared for direct customer or colleague access.
  • Allow salespersons to print or email catalogs (PDF) to customers or colleagues. Catalogs can be printed in several formats, one of which can serve as a line sheet for presentation.
  • Optionally allow customers to print or email catalogs.
  • Create a private "discussion room" between salesperson and buyers with complete history. Participants can insert private notes into the discussion.
  • One click conversion of recommended buying quantity based on the catalog to actual ERP order (bulk or confirmed).

  • Each salesperson will own a "private note book" where he can maintain note on each prospect and customer.
  • Salesperson can maintain schedule, alerts and "to do lists" along with his private note book.
  • Flexible integration of product images with products based on standard naming convention
  • One click emailing of his schedule and notes to his manager and/or other people.

  • Online entry of travel expenses and e-reimbursements to salespeople.
  • Expense budgets and actuals tracking.

WALK THROUGH
  • Online presentation of selected products by sales person to buyer, creating a unique interactive environment (like net meeting)
  • Support complete private chat facility between buyer and salesperson. Allow private notes during the chat. Chat information is stored for later review.
  • Chat notes form a layer of documentation to protect company against occasional misunderstandings or disputes. Can be an effective defense against certain chargebacks.
  • "Web order pad" for salesperson to enter agreed on orders during the interactive session. Convert this into ERP order with a single click.
