Implementation of an electronic procurement system ushers in much-needed transparency, and helps simplify procedures, streamline buying processes and cut down procurement costs. Introducing an electronic auctioning system has ushered in much needed transparency in existing systems, simplify procedures, streamline the selling process, and cut down selling costs.

Some of the challenges that organisations face, in the absence of an automated auction policy, are subjective judgment of bids, inordinate delays in auction processing and the ever-spiralling administrative overheads. The need to increase values from the number of auctions floated by the departments in selling and reduce the complexity associated with such events have paved the way for the adoption of a state-of-the-art technology that changes the way departments accomplish their auctioning goals.

In a forward auction, buyers compete to obtain a good or service by quoting progressively higher price.

  Online Payment Gateway Solutions

Antares' latest product offering provides a platform for organizations to collect and manage the payment instruments for their services. Riding on this platform, the organizations can set up a system that manages the customer payments for their services or products.

The electronic payment platform is built on a dual payment mode – NEFT /RTGS and the Internet Banking gateway that provides the users a platform to transact their payments using multiple choices. The users or subscribers can select the services / products on the portal, decide the payment instrument in single mode or multiple mode, and then proceed to the gateway to make the money transfer.

The gateway provides multiple options:

  • NEFT Challan (Rs. 100 to Rs. 2.0 Lakhs)
  • RTGS Challan (Rs. 2.0 lakhs and above)
  • Credit Card (Visa, Master, Maestro)

The services include payment collection, aggregator services, payment auto-reconciliation and settlement with the client bank account. Extensive MIS reports are provided to track the life cycle of each transaction, which helps provide analytical process flow right from payment up to settlement with the client bank account. The product also handles multiple payment instruments, split payments (Bank Guarantee + Demand Draft + e-Payment) and provides dash board summary to the user on the history of payment transactions.

Dedicated interfaces can be integrated with any Open Source Software applications for accommodating payment gateways of various prominent banks. E-payment facilities include automatic reconciliation with all NEFT/RTGS channels. The user gets a pre-printed NEFT / RTGS challan along with details of payment type & beneficiary bank that can be paid at any of the 40 nationalised banks in the country.

This product is a reusable component that can be plugged in any web based application. The amounts that are aggregated in the pooling account is credited to the identified beneficiary bank account as per agreed timeline. E-payment plug-ins are available for various types of payments including remittance of Application Fees / Service fees / Deposits / performance guarantee to client's bank account and later leading up to Refund / ECS payments back to the user.

Electronic Wallet (e-Wallet), a product likely to be launched soon, is an application to provide vendors the flexibility to park and manage payments with a custodial account, facilitating easy transfer of monies from this account to the beneficiary bank account.

Today the school is making news big news at national level for its achievements under Atal Tinkering Lab Project. It has being chosen as one of the privileged schools for the Government of India’s ambitious Atal Tinkering Lab under NITI AAYOG out of 257 schools. Hongirana is selected in Karnataka (South India) Shivamogga district. MOTO ARECA Project was selected in Top 100 Projects under Agro Technology, Government of India.

A matter of pride to mention that Hongirana School was invited to participate in the INDO – Russian summit held New Delhi in October 2018 Faculty members from the school had been selected to meet Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister, India and Mr. Vladimir Putin, President, Russia to explain the merits of the project.

Established in 1997, Antares has its headquarters in Bangalore and maintains offices in major cities of India.
